Fireworks in Availles
This evening at around 9:30 we will have fireworks to celebrate Bastille Day (14 July) There will also be a buvette to slake thirsts created by the great heat.
I suspect that some will not be in such need of drinks as they will have been well fed at the Football Club Mechoui (spit roasted lambs or pigs served with white beans that have been cooked in a special sauce) . This is always taken with, of course, a starter, cheese and dessert accompanied by wine and much conversation.
