We think that this gîte is simply stunning, but there again we are biased.

It was architect designed in the 1960s to a very high standard. In many ways it is untypically French having large windows and an open plan interior. It is located in its own private 1 acre garden and has the benefit of 50 metres of river bank from which you can fish. It's position overlooking the Vienne river is perfect for the relaxing holiday.

You will have exclusive use of a private swimming pool and the garden. There is private parking with room for another car should this be necessary.

When you arrive you will find the beds made and towels neatly stacked in the bathroom and the kitchen. Fresh linen is provided each Wednesday and after you have changed the beds, the old linen is collected on the Saturday. So you have clean linen every week. Pool towels are not provided as standard but can be supplied if requested.

When you enter the house you are in a large entrance hall with a stone wall directly opposite, this gives access to the twin bedroom and the lounge.

Do take a detailed look at the various facets of the house by selecting the appropriate menus.

It is located in Availles Limouzine , this is a village of 1300 people with shops, bars, a superb restaurant, a bank, garage and of course bakeries.
